Joining and reading are free. You need an account to post a thought or reply. Keep your sign-in details secure, use an account you control, and do not impersonate another person or attempt to access their information.

Final age eligibility, the legal operator's details and applicable-law terms must be confirmed before these terms become the final submission version.

You retain ownership of your original content. When you submit public content, you permit World Unheard to store, display and distribute it as needed to provide the service, including anonymous sharing features. Submit only material you have the right to share.

Your account identity is not shown beside thoughts or replies. Public content is visible worldwide and may be copied by readers. The service retains an internal connection between your account and content; avoid identifying yourself or others in what you write.

Journal reflections are private to your account and are not published as thoughts.

Follow the community rules. Do not post threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, private identifying information, exploitation, illegal content or spam.

Thoughts and replies are checked automatically before publication and may be rejected. This check does not guarantee that every published item is safe or accurate. For safety concerns or review requests, contact info@worldunheard.com. Report and decision-question controls open your email app after a privacy notice, without automatically attaching drafts or account details. Your email may identify you to the safety team. User blocking and a formal staffed review process are not yet available.

The planned posting membership is $1.99 per month; joining remains free. Payments are not currently enabled, and the service does not currently charge that fee. Billing, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before paid membership starts. Store billing requirements must be addressed separately before selling membership in an app.

When a new referred friend confirms their account, both the inviter and friend earn three calendar months of membership credit. Each new friend can qualify once; repeated or unverified claims do not earn rewards. Credits are recorded for membership access and do not constitute a cash payout.

World Unheard is not therapy, medical advice or an emergency service. Replies come from other users, not verified professionals. Do not rely on the service for urgent help.

Availability, moderation and content accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these draft terms removes rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

See the privacy policy for information handling. You can permanently delete your account and associated data in Account settings. If you cannot sign in, email info@worldunheard.com from your account email; account ownership may need verification. Final backup and log retention procedures still need to be confirmed.

Changes to final terms, especially any introduction of paid membership, should be communicated in advance where required. This review draft does not establish an operational response-time commitment.
